About
Hi, I’m Lu Hardy!
I am a prayer missionary with a heart to see God’s presence transform lives and communities. My journey in prayer and intercession has taken me to many places, but at the core of it all is a deep desire to see people encounter the love of Jesus, be set free, and step into the fullness of who they were created to be.
Since 2011, I’ve been part of 24-7 Prayer, a movement that has shaped my passion for prayer and mission. Over the years, I’ve led prayer initiatives, pioneered ministries in unexpected places, and seen firsthand how God moves when people gather to seek Him. Whether it’s through leading Upper Room moments, building spaces of encounter, or training and equipping others in intercession, my heart burns to see a generation rise up in bold and powerful prayer.
I believe prayer is not just a practice but a lifestyle—one that calls us to partner with heaven and release God’s kingdom on earth. This conviction has led me to start ministries like Illuminate Soho, where I brought the light of Jesus into the nightlife industry, and to dream of similar initiatives in new places.
Currently, I am preparing for an exciting new season of ministry in Glasgow, where I hope to plant fresh expressions of prayer and worship. I also have a growing heart to encourage people globally to gather in their living rooms for prayer and worship, believing that God moves powerfully in small, intimate spaces.
This website is a space where you can journey with me—whether through prayer inspiration, testimonies, resources, or opportunities to partner together. I’d love for you to be part of the story God is writing!
Let’s seek His presence, stand in the gap, and see His kingdom come.
